What the WT seems to not understand is that not everyone has good intentions. These type of predators gravitate to positions of trust like school counsellors or religious leaders. Again I know the WT justification are he is repented of his past sins but don't get it that predators are very manipulating and not always are what they seem on the outside.

How ignorant or arrogant is this WT society? You would think that with the bad publicity and for PR reasons they would not allow any convicted rapist or child molesters to go door to door. I know there thinking is he has repented, this is good enough. I agree that he has served his time and should be given a second chance but still for even bad PR he should be not allowed to go door to door.
i was thinking about this because of the constant reminders we get in posts that we inactive non attenders have to be careful what we say to jw's, and what we do that they may learn about etc, if we don't wish to be before a j.c. the power they have is limited by what we give them.
now, i do not wish to be declared df'd of da'd, it would kill my old mum i think.. but i refuse to live my life looking over my shoulder, that, in my opinion, is giving them too much power.. i openly vote, i openly donate blood, i enjoy the odd cigar etc etc.. how much power do you allow them to have over you ?.
Since my parents have passed on, I really don't care what the local dubs know, although I don't go around with sandwich board strapped to my back, I just live my life now.

i was in a relation with a jw girl for almost three years(im am not jw) and we are so inlove with each other until someone saw us from her congregation and she was disfellowed and that where the oddness happened.
her family and friends are not talking to her anymore, she wants me to stop seeing and talking to her anymore not until i became a baptized jw.
If you don't want to be brain washed into this cult, run like hell as fast as you can. You will end up giving up everything, your family, your former life just because you are thinking with the little head.
there is a lot of public scrutiny going on these days about the jw religion particularly on the inter - net.
one of the posed questions which gets debated and discussed quite often, are the jws false prophets instigated to preach a tainted commercialized gospel under the direction of the executive leaders of the watchtower corporation ?
these focused men who are responsible for creating the core doctrines of this organization.
I recall when I first became aware that the rank and file Dubs all paid for the kingdum halls with free labour but after the local congregations took all the risks, the tittles were turned over to the WT. Regardless of how they try and justify this it was all about the WT being a real estate conglomerate. They are no better than any of the other get rich evangelist churches.

i've seen the videos from the assemblies, but a few have mentioned that it was in a broadcast.
does anyone know which broadcast it was, or a link to that section...i really don't want to have to watch the whole thing!.

I have noticed in the last few years, especially since my mother passed away that certain family members ave not being overly friendly toward me. There have being little things like, wanting to come over to visit or help a family member move but have being politely told that they don't need any help. If this is the case that their minds have being poisoned against me, so be it. I now live a full life and have my own friends, without the WT BS thank you very much.

Just typical WT hypocrisy. Do as I say not as I do. Like the tennis Williams sisters, this dude probably is a big contributor to the organization, thus they don't say anything to him. Makes me sick to think of the time I wasted as as teen, not allowed to explore my natural talents but listen to a bunch of old men. I recall how we were all told not to pursue higher education, like a doctor or lawyer but to put Kingdum interests first. Then when the WT needed legal representative, they put some young men through university to get their law degree. I seen the hypocrisy and said something about it in front of my mom and ex wife, which they didn't like what I had to say.
Anyway I have learned over the last 40 years to live my own life and not live someone else life. There is nothing more empty then at the end of your life and looking back that you should have done this, or should have done that and not live someone else dream.

At the very beginning they say Jesus is Jehovah, every JW will dismiss every sound out of their mouth after that. FAIL. This is at the Nutter Center in Dayton Ohio.
Regardless the protest signs are also a warning sign to good dubs. As soon as any talk against the organization most dubs well trained dub "spidey" senses goes off and their minds are then closed.

Even when I was a dub I could never see the benefit of these nuts protesting as it just shows them as being crazier then the cult they are protesting. One bunch of nuts protesting another bunch of nuts.
